Coaching
Goal-focused sessions that help neurodivergent young people build confidence, routines and strategies for school and daily life. Practical, forward-looking and strengths-based.
Mentoring
A trusted, consistent adult in your child's corner - someone who listens, believes in them and helps them see their own potential. Often the relationship that turns things around.
Therapy
Qualified, neurodivergent-informed therapists for anxiety, low mood, trauma and the emotional weight of navigating a world not built for your child. Gentle, never pathologising.
03 / Meet the founder
Peter Flagg
Founder, NeuCare
Growing up with AUDHD, Peter moved through five schools and left mainstream education before his GCSEs. Not for lack of effort - because the system was not built for how his brain worked. Teachers cared. Support existed on paper. Nothing joined up.
That lived experience is why NeuCare exists. Peter has spent years back on the other side of the school table: mentoring neurodivergent students, coaching parents through EHCP battles, and walking alongside families who just want their child to be understood.
NeuCare was built so no family has to fight alone for the right support. The right mentor, coach or therapist - matched to your child, not picked from a list - can change everything in a few months.
