02 / Meet the founder
Peter Flagg
Founder, Neu Road & NeuCare
Growing up with AUDHD, Peter moved through five schools and left mainstream education before his GCSEs. Not for lack of effort - because the system was not built for how his brain worked. Teachers cared. Support existed on paper. Nothing joined up.
A decade in software followed, scaling products and teams from a handful of customers to national footprints. Then years back on the other side of the school table: mentoring neurodivergent students, coaching parents through EHCP battles, and working with SENCOs drowning in paperwork.
Neu Road exists because great people were let down by broken infrastructure. NeuCare exists because the reverse is just as true: the best infrastructure in the world still cannot sit beside a child on a difficult Tuesday morning.
Why NeuCare, not just software
Provision maps do not build trust. People do. NeuCare is the vetted human layer that delivers the support the platform plans and measures.
Built from both sides
Designed with SENCOs prepping at 9pm, parents who just want to know their child is okay, and mentors writing up their fifth session of the week.
One story, one place
Every NeuCare session flows back into the child's record on Neu Road, so nothing has to be explained twice.
NeuCare exists so no child, family or school has to keep repeating that story.
