Pricing questions, answered
How much does a one-off session cost?
Each practitioner sets their own rate, from £30 to £60 per session depending on their specialism and session length. We add a 15% booking fee which covers matching, safeguarding checks, payments and your session record - so a £30 session costs £34.50 in total. You always see the full price before you book.
How do the monthly care plans work?
Every practitioner offers three monthly plans, priced between £68 and £399 depending on how many sessions are included. The fee is built into the plan price, so plans work out cheaper per session than booking one-off. You keep the same practitioner and can pause or cancel between months.
Can I switch between one-off and a plan?
Yes. Many families start with a single session to check the fit, then move onto a plan once they know it works. There is no lock-in either way.
How do schools pay?
Schools can pay per session, reserve a termly or annual block of hours to draw down, or bring a practitioner in on a set day. We invoice the school directly and can work with your existing procurement process.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. One-off sessions show the 15% booking fee before you pay, plan prices are all-inclusive, and the first conversation with us is always free.
Is this covered by the NHS or insurance?
NeuCare is a private service and is not NHS-funded. Some clients use EHCP personal budgets or school SEND funding to pay for sessions - ask us and we can provide the paperwork your setting needs.
