Ad hoc SEND support
Bring in a vetted practitioner for the student in front of you - an ADHD coach for a Year 10 losing lessons, an autism specialist for a child struggling with transitions, an SEMH mentor for a pupil on a PSP. Sessions are matched to the individual, logged against IEP and PSP targets, and easy to start or stop. No retainer, no minimum spend.
Temporary staffing & gap cover
When your team is at capacity - a SENCo vacancy, maternity cover, a TA post you cannot fill - we place interim SENCos and SEND teaching assistants, virtual or on-site, with compliance already handled. Cover starts in days, not the months a recruitment cycle takes, and scales down cleanly when your permanent provision returns.

Support that reaches beyond the school gates
Parents of children with SEND often wait months - sometimes years - for assessments and outside support. Schools using NeuCare can offer families direct access to the same vetted network: mentoring, ADHD coaching and therapeutic support for the child, and guidance for parents themselves.
