How it works

A person reads every enquiry

Matching a young person to an adult they will trust is not a search problem. Our team reads what you send, shortlists practitioners, and lets everyone meet before anything is booked.

01 / The journey

  1. 01

    Enquiry

You tell us the young person's situation, the setting and what good would look like.

  2. 02

    Shortlist

We match on specialism, age range, delivery mode, location and capacity.

  3. 03

    Introduction

A free 15-minute meeting. Nobody is committed until the young person is comfortable.

  4. 04

    Sessions

Booked, delivered, confirmed. Notes land against IEP or PSP targets automatically.

02 / After the first session

What happens behind the scenes

Confirmation

The practitioner marks a session complete; you confirm, or it auto-confirms after 48 hours.

Payment

Payment is taken per session or drawn from your allocation. Practitioners are paid their full rate.

Evidence

Every session, note and outcome is exportable for governors, funding panels and inspection.

Ways to buy support

Pay as you go

Book single sessions when a young person needs them. No commitment, no minimum spend.

Termly or annual allocation

Reserve a block of hours across the year and draw them down as needs change.

Virtual or on-site

Online sessions anywhere in the UK, or a practitioner in your building on a set day.

Temporary staffing

Interim SENCo cover and SEND teaching assistants when your team needs breathing space.
