About us
This site is operated by Neu Road Ltd. Contact team@neu-road.org.
What the matching service is
The questionnaire suggests practitioners whose skills, availability and experience fit what you described. A suggestion is not a booking and not a clinical or diagnostic assessment. Nothing on this site is medical, legal or educational advice, and NeuCare is not a crisis service.
Introductions and bookings
Introductions are free and typically 15 minutes. A booking is only confirmed once we confirm it in writing and, where a school is involved, once the school's authorised contact has approved it. Practitioner rates shown are indicative and confirmed before any work starts.
Care plans
Care plans are monthly rolling subscriptions. They can be cancelled with 30 days' notice before the next billing date. Unused sessions do not roll over beyond one calendar month unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Cancellations
Sessions cancelled with fewer than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full. Where a practitioner cancels, we will reschedule or credit the session.
Practitioners
All practitioners in the network are enhanced-DBS checked, safeguarding trained and hold their own professional indemnity insurance. Practitioners deliver support under their own professional judgement; we vet, match and support the relationship.
Your responsibilities
Give accurate information, do not submit another person's personal data without authority, and follow your setting's safeguarding procedures. Report any safeguarding concern immediately using the route on our safeguarding page.
Liability
We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our liability for the website and matching service is limited to the fees you have paid us in the previous 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
