We only ask for the information we need to match a young person with the right practitioner, and we treat every record - especially a child's - as confidential.

Who we are
NeuCare is operated by Neu Road Ltd. We are the data controller for the information you submit through this website. Questions go to team@neu-road.org.
What we collect
- Enquiry details - your name, email address, organisation or location, and anything you tell us in the message box.
- Matching answers - the choices you make in the matching questionnaire (support needs, age group, session preferences, urgency).
- Booking requests - which practitioner or care plan you selected.
- Basic technical data - standard server logs and a local browser preference recording whether you chose the schools or individuals experience.
Please do not include a child's name, diagnosis or other identifying detail in the free text box. If a match proceeds, we collect that information under a separate agreement with your school or with you as parent or carer.
Why we can use it (lawful basis)
- Legitimate interests - responding to an enquiry you sent us and suggesting suitable practitioners.
- Contract - arranging and delivering mentoring, coaching, consultancy or CPD you have asked for.
- Legal obligation - safeguarding, vetting and record-keeping duties.
- Consent - where you explicitly ask us to share your details with a named practitioner.
Children's data
Where a school engages us, the school remains the data controller for pupil information and we act as processor under a written data processing agreement. Special category data (such as SEND needs or diagnoses) is only processed where it is necessary for the support being delivered, and is shared with the matched practitioner on a need-to-know basis.
Who we share it with
Practitioners you have been matched with (only once you agree), our hosting and database providers, and email delivery providers acting on our instructions. We never sell personal data or use it for advertising. All processors are contractually bound to UK GDPR standards and data is stored within the UK or EEA.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a match are deleted within 12 months. Records connected to delivered support are retained for six years for insurance, safeguarding and accounting purposes, then securely destroyed.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or ask for it in a portable format. Email team@neu-road.org and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
