Mental health & wellbeing
Mental health support that understands neurodivergence
Anxiety, low mood, burnout, school avoidance and the exhaustion of masking. Matched to a practitioner who works with neurodivergent people every day, with a free 15-minute introduction first.
01 / The basics
What this kind of support looks like
Neurodivergent people are far more likely to experience anxiety, burnout and low mood - often because the world around them has not been adjusted, not because anything is wrong with them. Support that ignores that context rarely helps for long.
NeuCare practitioners work on regulation, anxiety, self-esteem, sleep and routine, school avoidance, sensory overwhelm and recovery from burnout. Sessions are talking-based, paced to the person, and never built on trying to make someone appear more neurotypical.
This is therapeutic support and mentoring, not crisis care. If someone is at immediate risk, contact your GP, NHS 111, or the Samaritans on 116 123.

05 / Questions
Common questions
Is this therapy or counselling?
Our network includes qualified therapists and counsellors alongside mentors and coaches. During matching we ask what you are looking for and show practitioners whose training fits, with their qualifications listed.
Can you help with school avoidance or emotionally based school non-attendance?
Yes. Several practitioners specialise in it and work with the young person, the family and, where a school is involved, the staff around them.
How quickly can we start?
Most people are matched the same day and meet a practitioner for a free 15-minute introduction within a week, subject to that practitioner's availability.
Is this an emergency service?
No. If someone is in crisis or at immediate risk, contact 999, NHS 111 or the Samaritans on 116 123. Our support is planned, ongoing and non-urgent.
